Due the safety reasons packages cannot be opened or checked while the courier awaits!
The shipping is for 55 EGP within Cairo, 60 EGP for Alex, and between 65 :
90 for other governors arrive within 2-6 working days.
Refunds and returns could be done within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Exchanges could be done within 48 hours of receiving the order, with 40: 50 depending on the area

- All products must be returned UNWORN and in the same packaging they
arrived in
*stainless steel rings MUST still have their size tag attached - Earrings and pierced items can not be returned/exchanged due to hygiene
reasons.
